Tofu And Mixed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz firm tofu, sliced
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None red pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 None onion, sliced
    1 tsp finely chopped ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    10 oz broccolini, trimmed
    1 head baby bok choy, quartered
    4 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    1/4 cup vegetable stock or water
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    None None Steamed rice or noodles, to serve
Preparation
    Place the tofu and flour in a plastic bag and shake to coat. Discard excess flour.
    Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat. Stir-fry the tofu 2-3 mins until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels
    Add the pepper, onion, ginger and garlic to wok and stir-fry for 1 min. Add the broccolini, bok choy and peas; stir-fry for 2 mins.
    Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables in wok and stir-fry for 1 min. Return tofu to wok. Toss until heated through. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
