Fried Crab And Prawn Wontons - cooking recipe

10.5 oz prawns, peeled, deveined, finely chopped
1 (7 oz) can crabmeat, drained
3 None spring onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp sweet chili sauce + extra, to serve
1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
1 clove garlic, minced
20 None wonton wrappers
None None vegetable oil, for deep-frying
Preparation

Combine prawns, crabmeat, onions, sweet chili sauce, ginger and garlic. Place 2 tsp prawn-crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush edges with water. Gather edges together and twist to seal.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Working in batches, deep-fry wontons for 2-3 mins, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce.
