Mediterranean Galette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet puff pastry, thawed, trimmed into a circle
    3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    10 None cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 None small zucchini, thinly sliced
    4 slices salami, quartered
    1.5 oz pitted black olives
    None None baby arugula, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place puff pastry on prepared tray.
    In a bowl, combine feta, tomatoes, zucchini, salami and olives. Season to taste. Place in the center of pastry, leaving a 1 1/4 inch border. Pleat edges and bake for 30-35 mins, until pastry is golden brown and crisp.
    Serve topped with baby arugula.
