Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 oz rice flakes
3 tbsp agave syrup
2 None cardamom pods
1 None star anise
1/2 pod vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
1/2 None nectarine, cubed
3 1/2 oz cantaloupe melon, cubed
3 None cherries, halved
Preparation

Bring the milk to a boil and stir in the rice flakes. Simmer for 5 mins. Remove from the heat. Set aside for 10 mins to cool.
Bring the agave syrup to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in the cardamom, star anise and vanilla seeds. Simmer for 10 mins. Strain the syrup.
Toss the fruit with syrup mixture. Serve with the rice pudding, drizzling over any remaining syrup.
