Steak Pizziola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    8 None minute steaks
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup chopped basil, plus additional, sliced, to serve
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 cup finely diced feta cheese
    None None Green salad, to serve
Preparation
    Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a large skillet on high heat.
    Season steak; cook 1-2 mins each side, or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove to a plate; cover with foil to keep warm.
    Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil on medium heat. Saute garlic 30 seconds. Add tomatoes; simmer 5-10 mins, until sauce has thickened. Stir in basil and sugar; season to taste.
    Add steaks; simmer, covered, 1-2 mins, until heated through.
    Transfer steak to plates. Spoon sauce over top and sprinkle with feta. Serve with a green salad.
