Baked Potatoes With Tomato And Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None large baking potatoes
    13 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 slices
    4 None tomatoes, cut into 24 slices
    1/2 jar stuffed olives, sliced, to garnish
    None None paprika, for garnish
    None None fresh basil, for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Wrap potatoes in foil and bake for 1 hour 15 mins. Remove the oven, discard foil and let cool. Slice in 1/2 lengthwise then top with mozzarella and tomato slices. Bake for 5 mins until cheese melts. Serve garnished with olives, paprika and basil.
