Smoked Salmon, Fennel And Dill Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz linguine pasta
    2 small bulbs fennel, trimmed, thinly sliced
    1 None medium red onion, thinly sliced
    7 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
    1.5 oz capers, rinsed, drained, coarsely chopped
    1/4 cup fresh dill
    1/2 cup creme fraiche
    2 tsp lemon zest
    1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 mins, or until tender. Rinse under cold running water until cool then drain.
    Transfer pasta to a large serving bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve.
