Pears And Stilton On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 None ripe pear, quartered, cored, sliced
    2 None thick slices seeded white bread
    2 oz Stilton (or other blue cheese), crumbled
    1/4 cup walnut pieces, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet. Add pear. Saute over high heat for 2 mins until slightly softened. Under a hot broiler, lightly toast bread on both sides.
    Top toast with pear slices. Top with Stilton and walnuts. Broil until cheese is bubbling.
