Scallops With Asian Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup light soy sauce
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    1 inch fresh ginger, peeled, finely shredded
    3 None fresh chives, snipped
    1/2 None red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
    8 None scallops on the half shell, with roe
Preparation
    Preheat a grill over high.
    To make dressing, whisk together soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, ginger, chives and chili. Drizzle 2 tsp over each scallop.
    Grill scallops for 4-5 mins, until opaque and sauce is bubbling.
