Caprese Minute Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None thin cut steaks (about 3.5 oz each)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2.75 oz basil pesto
    2 None medium tomatoes, each cut into 8 slices
    8.75 oz mozzarella, cut into 16 slices
    None None Fresh basil, for garnish
    None None Sliced ciabatta, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Season the steaks to taste. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the steaks, turning, for 2 mins. Transfer into a roasting pan and pour in the pan juices.
    Brush the steaks with the pesto, then top each with 2 slices tomato and 2 slices mozzarella. Roast for 5 mins. Garnish with basil and serve with ciabatta.
