Puff Pastry Herbed Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet puff pastry, cold
    1/3 cup garlic herb cheese spread
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp minced fresh parsley leaves
    1 tbsp minced fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Unfold puff pastry on a floured work surface. Spread soft cheese over top then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs. Roll up into a 12 inch long log, 1 inch thick. Freeze for 5 mins.
    Cut dough into 12 - 1 inch thick slices. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-14 mins, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
