Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 None medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 None small green pepper, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 (13.5 oz) can chopped tomatoes
    1 tbsp pickled jalapenos, drained, finely chopped
    1/4 cup sour cream
    4.25 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil over medium heat, add onion and cook for 5 mins, or until soft. Add pepper and garlic and cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes, jalapenos and sour cream and cook for 2-3 mins, or until heated. Gradually add cream cheese and heat until melted. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and cilantro. Set aside for 10 mins then serve.
