Tomato, Basil And Pine Nut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup pine nuts, oasted
1 clove garlic, quartered
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
2 lbs assorted tomatoes
1/4 cup loosely packed small fresh basil leaves, to sprinkle
Preparation

For the dressing, blend or process the basil, nuts and garlic until coarsely chopped. With motor operating, gradually add the oil and process until finely chopped. Stir in the vinegar.
Coarsely chop or halve the tomatoes. Place in a serving bowl and season. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with basil.
