Double Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 tbsp butter, chopped, at room temperature
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    7 oz dark chocolate, melted
    1 None egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup all purpose flour
    2 tsp cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 oz white chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
    In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy. Beat in melted chocolate, egg and vanilla until smooth.
    Sift flour, cocoa and baking soda together. Fold lightly into creamed mixture to form a soft dough.
    Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and arrange on baking sheets 2 inches apart to allow for spreading. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden on the bottom. Cool on trays 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
    Drizzle or pipe white chocolate over cooled cookies. Allow to set at room temperature. Store in an airtight container.
