Chorizo, Tomatoes, And Corn On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 None chorizo sausages, sliced
    1 None (14-oz) can diced tomatoes
    1 None (10.9-oz) can corn kernels, drained, rinsed
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 None small red chili, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
    8 slices ciabatta bread, toasted
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet on high. Saute chorizo, 1 min.
    Stir in tomatoes, corn, garlic, chili, and cayenne pepper. Cook, stirring, 1-2 mins or until hot. Season to taste.
    Stir in parsley and spoon onto toasted ciabatta.
