Ingredients

18 None fresh mint leaves
1 lb fresh pineapple, chopped
4 cups apple juice
Preparation

Start the motor of an empty food processor. Add mint and process until chopped. Add pineapple and process until finely chopped. Add 1 cup apple juice then 3 large scoops of ice cubes, 1 scoop at a time, processing until ice is finely crushed.
Transfer frappe to a large serving pitcher and top with remaining apple juice.
