Stewed Prunes With Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups pitted dried prunes
    1 cup orange juice
    4 strips (2 inches) orange peel, thinly sliced
    2 None cinnamon sticks
    8 None cardamon pods, bruised
Preparation
    Place 1 cup water and all the ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low; simmer, covered, for 10 mins.
    Serve the stewed prunes with low fat yogurt, if desired.
