Pork And Shrimp Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp grated ginger
    4 oz pork loin, sliced
    4 None raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    5 oz rice noodles, soaked, drained
    2 None large eggs, beaten
    5 oz bean sprouts
    1 None yellow pepper, seeded, sliced
    2 oz green beans, halved
    1/4 cup chopped peanuts
    4 None spring onions, sliced
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
    None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic and ginger until golden. Add pork and stir-fry for 2-3 mins, until cooked through. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2 mins. Reduce heat and stir in lemon juice and fish sauce. Simmer, tossing, for 1 min then stir in noodles.
    Push mixture to 1 side of wok. Add eggs and cook, stirring, until scrambled. Toss noodle mixture through eggs and add remaining ingredients. Stir-fry for 1 min. Serve with lime wedges.
