Fruit Bouquet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 None large strawberries
    3 oz dark chocolate, melted
    2 tbsp sprinkles
    1 None pineapple, peeled, cut into 3/4 inch slices, edges scalloped to resemble a flower
    1/2 None cantaloupe, seeds removed, scooped into balls with a melon baller
    1/4 None honeydew melon, cut into 6 thin wedges, cut in 1/2 crosswise
    1 None fruit cake, to serve
Preparation
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Thread 1 strawberry onto 10 skewers, hull-end first. Dip into chocolate then sprinkles. Place on prepared tray. Set aside in a cool place for 15 mins to set.
    To assemble, thread pineapple flowers, melon balls and honeydew melon wedges onto skewers. Place fruit cake in a decorative vase and secure skewers upright in bread.
