Braised Red Cabbage And Chicken Legs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tbsp olive oil
1 None shallot, peeled and sliced
1/2 head cabbage, trimmed and sliced
1/4 cup red wine
4 None chicken legs
1 pinch sugar
Preparation

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add shallot and saute for 2-3 mins, stirring. Add cabbage, wine and 3 tbsp water. Cover and simmer for 10-15 mins.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in Dutch oven, season chicken then sear for 3-4 mins, turning. Add 1/2 cup water then add cabbage mixture. Simmer over low heat for 30-40 mins. Add sugar and season. Serve.
