Chili Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Warm oil in a medium saucepan on low heat for 4 mins or until small bubbles appear on bottom of saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in red pepper flakes. Cover. Let stand at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
    Strain oil through muslin or paper towel-lined sieve into sterilized bottles; seal. Discard red pepper flakes.
