Franks And Beans In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    8 None 'Lil Smokies or Vienna sausages
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 None tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 None (7-oz) can kidney beans, drained
    1 None (14-oz) can borlotti beans, drained
    1 None (16-oz) jar tomato pasta sauce
    None None Fresh chopped parsley, to garnish
Preparation
    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan and cook sausages for 6 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Add another 1 tbsp oil add the onion, and cook for 3 minutes. Then add tomatoes, and cook for a further 3 minutes. Finally add kidney beans, borlotti beans, and tomato pasta sauce. Season. Bring to boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
    Return sausages to pan and cook for 5 minutes until piping hot. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
