Smoked Salmon And Dill Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices ciabatta bread, cut in half
    4 oz sliced smoked salmon, cut into strips
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    None None Creme fraiche and lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Place bread on a serving plate. Place salmon, lime juice, olive oil and dill in a bowl. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss gently.
    Arrange smoked salmon on the bread. Top each with 1 tsp creme fraiche. Garnish with lime wedges.
