Wasabi Crab Salad Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp wasabi paste
1 tbsp lime juice
10.5 oz crabmeat
1/2 tbsp finely chopped chives
1 stalk celery, finely sliced
12 leaves little gem lettuce, reserved in ice water
2 oz salmon roe
Preparation

Whisk together mayonnaise, wasabi paste and lime juice. Add crabmeat, chives and celery. Season.
Drain lettuce and dry on a clean tea towel. Place on a serving platter and fill with crab mixture. Top each with salmon roe. Serve.
