Strawberry Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg strawberries, hulled and quartered
    75 g caster sugar
    4-5 tbsp orange liqueur
    2 litres sweet white wine
    2 stalks mint, leaves removed
    2 bottles (750 ml each) cold champagne
Preparation
    In a large punch bowl, macerate the strawberries with the sugar and orange liqueur. Add 1/2 the white wine and leave to infuse for at least 4 hours. To serve, add the mint leaves, the remaining white wine and the champagne.
