Chili Squid - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None vegetable or peanut oil, for deep-frying
    4 None medium fresh red chilies, 2 sliced, 2 finely chopped
    1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    2 1/4 lb small whole squid, cleaned, scored, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil to 350\u00b0F. Deep-fry sliced chilies until softened. Drain on paper towels. Deep-fry cilantro for 10 seconds. Drain on paper towels.
    Combine flour, remaining chili, salt and pepper. Working in batches, lightly coat squid in flour mixture then deep-fry until tender. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle squid with fried cilantro and chili.
