Lobster And Mango Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz cooked lobster tail meat, roughly chopped
    2 heads baby romaine, trimmed, leaves washed
    2 None mangos, peeled, flesh chopped
    2 None red bell peppers, roasted, skin removed, deseeded, sliced
    1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
    None None Caper Dressing
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp capers, chopped
    2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
Preparation
    Combine lobster meat with romaine, mangos, peppers and chives.
    To make the dressing, whisk all ingredients together. Season. Drizzle over salad and toss to combine.
