Winter Squash Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 lb winter squash, peeled, deseeded, roughly chopped
    3 tbsp butter, chopped
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    None None freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Steam squash until tender. Mash with butter until smooth. Add chives and season. Grate nutmeg over top. Serve.
