Oregano Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 1/4 lb mixed baby potatoes, scrubbed, halved
6 cloves garlic, peeled
6 sprigs fresh oregano
4 1/2 tbsp butter, chopped
1 None lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
Place 6 large pieces of foil on a clean work surface. Divide potatoes, garlic, oregano and butter between foil and season. Fold foil up to completely enclose. Roast for 25 mins, or until just tender. Serve with lemon wedges.
