Seasonal Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup chopped ripe seasonal juicy fruit
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tsp flaxseed oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
None None Mint leaves, to serve (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour over ice. Top with a sprig of mint to serve.
