Chicken With Prosciutto & Capers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices prosciutto
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter
2 tbsp rinsed drained baby capers
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Preparation

Wrap one slice of prosciutto tightly around each chicken breast. Cook chicken in a heated oiled large skillet on medium heat until cooked through. Remove from pan; cover to keep warm.
Melt butter in same pan on medium heat. Cook capers, garlic, basil and parsley until herbs just wilt. Serve chicken with warm herb sauce.
