Pork Stir Fry With Chili And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 1/2 lbs ground pork
    1 bunch spring onions, trimmed, halved and cut into 2 inch pieces
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 inch piece ginger, peeled and finely chopped
    2 None large red chili peppers, deseeded and sliced
    5 tbsp oyster sauce
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 oz fresh basil, shredded
    1 oz fresh cilantro, shredded
    None None cooked rice noodles, to serve
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan and add the ground pork. Cook over high heat 6-8 mins, stirring, until browned. Add the spring onion, garlic, ginger and chili pepper. Stir-fry 2-3 mins. Add the oyster and fish sauce, sugar and 6 tbsp water. Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer 1 min until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the basil and cilantro and serve with the rice noodles.
