Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
3 oz feta cheese, cubed
2 None large tomatoes, sliced
1 None seedless cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup assorted Greek olives
6 cups mixed greens
Preparation

Whisk together vinegar, parsley, garlic and oregano. Gradually whisk in olive oil until emulsified. Season and set aside.
Toss remaining ingredients together then arrange on a serving platter. Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
