Tuna, Roast Pepper And Pesto Pizzas - cooking recipe

2 None (8 inch) prepared pizza crusts
1/2 cup basil pesto
1 jar (7 oz) tuna in oil, drained and coarsely flaked
1 cup roasted red and yellow peppers, drained and thinly sliced
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups baby arugula leaves
None None Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
Place pizza crusts on prepared pan. Spread evenly with pesto. Top with tuna and peppers. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10 mins or until crust is crisp. Top with arugula; drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
