Tuna Sashimi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz finely shredded daikon
    14 oz sashimi-grade tuna, sliced very thinly across the grain
    2 tsp wasabi
    2 tbsp pink pickled ginger
    1/3 cup Japanese soy sauce
Preparation
    Soak daikon in ice water for 15 mins then drain.
    Arrange tuna slices between 4 serving plates. Place daikon next to tuna. Garnish plates with wasabi and pickled ginger. Serve with a separate bowl of soy sauce.
