Spicy Butterflied Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 None limes, juiced
    1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
    2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 None whole chickens (about 3 lbs each), butterflied
Preparation
    Mix the oil, lime juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, paprika and garlic in a baking dish. Add the chicken, turning to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Place the chickens on a wire rack set over a roasting pan. Pour any marinade over the top.
    Roast for 45-50 mins or until golden and cooked through. Garnish with whole oregano leaves, if desired.
