Molten Caramel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    1/2 cup brown sugar + 4 tbsp
    1/4 cup milk
    1 None egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    6 tbsp butter, melted
    2 tbsp honey
    None None ice cream or heavy cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 4 - 8.5 oz ramekins.
    Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Add milk, egg, vanilla and butter. Whisk until smooth.
    Divide honey between ramekins. Distribute batter over top. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp brown sugar then gently pour 1/4 cup boiling water into each ramekin. Bake for 20-25 mins, or until puffed and golden. Serve immediately with ice cream.
