Chocolate And Strawberry Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g plain flour
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    50 g caster sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 None egg
    125 g butter, diced
    300 ml whipping cream
    250 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
    500 g strawberries, 12 left whole, remainder halved
    200 g strawberry jam
    None None Fresh mint leaves, to decorate
Preparation
    Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, egg, butter and a pinch of salt and knead to a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 30 mins.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 12-hole cupcake pan. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Using a 3 1/2 inch diameter pastry cutter, cut out 12 circles and lay in the pan, pressing the edges down. Bake for 15 mins. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 mins, then carefully transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
    In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil, then remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 mins, stirring occasionally. Spoon into the tartlet crusts and chill for at least 1 hour.
    Place a whole strawberry in the middle of each tartlet and arrange the halved strawberries around the edge. Heat the jam until smooth and brush over the strawberries. Allow to cool, then decorate with mint leaves.
