Passionfruit And Lemon Soufflé - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 1/2 cups prepared vanilla pudding
    3/4 cup passionfruit pulp
    1 cup powdered sugar, sifted, plus extra to dust
    1 None lemon, finely grated zest
    4 None large egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Lightly spray four 1 cup souffle dishes with oil. Sprinkle evenly with sugar. Place on a baking sheet.
    In a large bowl, combine pudding, passionfruit, powdered sugar and zest.
    In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold lightly into pudding mixture.
    Spoon mixture evenly and carefully into prepared dishes. Bake 10-15 minutes, until puffed. Serve immediately.
