Scallop And Oyster Soufflés - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None scallops on the half shell
    6 None oysters on the half shell
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, finely grated
    1 None egg white
    1 tbsp fresh chives, finely snipped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Arrange scallops and oysters on a baking tray. Combine cream and 1 tbsp cheese. Season. Whip egg white to stiff peaks then fold into cream mixture. Distribute over oysters and scallops. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and chives. Bake for 5-10 mins, until golden and puffed.
