Berry And Ginger Juice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g red currants
3 cm piece root ginger, peeled and finely grated
2 None mint stalks
250 g raspberries
100 g caster sugar
None None Ice cubes, to serve (optional)
Preparation

Place the blueberries, sugar, ginger and 1 cup water in a saucepan and heat for 5-6 mins, stirring. Remove from the heat and add the raspberries and mint stalks. Leave to cool.
Remove the mint stalks from the pan and discard. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve then mix with 1 cup cold water. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving with ice cubes, if using.
