Bechamel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1 sprig fresh parsley
    2 None cloves
    2 slices onion
    1 None bay leaf
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Bring milk, parsley, cloves, onion and bay leaf to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat then strain, discarding solids. Set aside.
    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 min to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 mins. Season.
