Gorgonzola & Walnut Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz creamy Gorgonzola cheese
4 tbsp milk
1 oz walnuts, coarsely chopped
2-3 tbsp mild mustard
1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
Preparation

Mix the Gorgonzola cheese with the milk. Stir in 2/3 of the walnuts, the mustard and the chili flakes. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the remaining nuts to garnish.
