Potato, Bacon And Chili Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 cups gluten-free bread mix
    1 None large egg, lightly beaten
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None large potato, thinly sliced
    7 oz butternut squash, thinly sliced
    5 oz bacon, finely chopped
    1 tsp sea salt flakes
    1/3 cup light sour cream
    1/3 cup gluten-free sweet chili sauce
    1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease an 8x12 inch rimmed baking tray.
    Beat bread mix, egg and 1 cup lukewarm water in a mixer bowl until combined. Increase speed and beat for 3 mins, or until mixture is smooth and elastic. Transfer to prepared pan and smooth surface. Cover loosely with greased foil and bake for 15 mins.
    Remove foil and brush bread with oil. Top with potato, squash and bacon and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 20 mins, or until base is crisp. Combine sour cream and chili sauce then drizzle over pizza. Sprinkle with thyme. Serve immediately.
