Ingredients

1 pt strawberries (about 2 1/2 cups), hulled
1 tbsp confectioners' sugar
None None Juice of 1 lime
Preparation

Place the strawberries, sugar and lime juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Divide the mixture among six (3-oz) freezer pop molds. Freeze for 30 mins, then place a wooden pop stick in each mold. Continue freezing for at least 5 hours until firm. Remove the pops from the molds by dipping briefly in hot water.
