Vegetable And Chickpea Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz chickpea (besan) flour
    1 None large zucchini, coarsely grated
    1 None large Spanish onion, coarsely grated
    1 None large carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
    4 oz frozen peas and sweet corn mix
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp garam marsala
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    None None vegetable oil, for shallow-frying
    3/4 cup yogurt
Preparation
    Combine chickpea flour, vegetables, garlic, spices, baking powder and 1/4 cup water in a medium bowl. Mix in cilantro then shape into 16 fritters.
    Working in batches, shallow-fry fritters until browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and season.
    Serve fritters with yogurt.
