Easter Lamb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra to dust pan
    5.25 oz white chocolate, half grated, half roughly chopped
    3/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    4 None eggs
    1/3 cup cornstarch
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 1/4 cups shredded coconut
    None None Dark chocolate icing, for decoration
    None None Chocolate mini eggs, for decoration
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease an 8 cup lamb-shaped baking pan and dust with flour. Beat the grated chocolate, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Sift together the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and fold into the batter.
    Spoon batter into the pan and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 50 mins, until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 20 mins, then turn out on to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
    Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler. Spread all over the lamb, except the face, reserving a little to draw the face. Sprinkle the lamb with coconut. Draw eyes, nose and mouth with the remaining white chocolate. Allow to dry. Draw pupils with dark chocolate icing. Serve surrounded by chocolate mini eggs.
