Sweet Peach And Coconut Spring Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None peach, pitted and finely diced
    1/4 cup coconut flakes
    2 tsp brown sugar
    25 None wonton wrappers
    1 None egg white
    4 cups vegetable oil
    4 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine peach, coconut and brown sugar. Place 1 tsp of mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper, brush edges with egg white and roll up. Heat oil in a deep fat fryer or large saucepan and fry spring rolls in batches for 2-3 mins each, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels then arrange on serving plates, drizzle with honey and dust with powdered sugar.
