Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup puffed millet
1/2 cup puffed kamut
2/3 cup skim milk
2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
4 oz dried apricot, diced
3 tsp shredded coconut, toasted
Preparation

Combine oats, millet and kamut in a small bowl. Distribute a little muesli between each serving bowl and top with milk, yogurt, apricot and coconut.
Store remaining muesli in an airtight container.
