Bacon And Herb Chicken Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 None spring onions, finely chopped
    1 lb ground chicken
    1 None large egg
    1/2 cup stale whole wheat breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil leaves
    1/2 cup tomato chutney
    1 lb bacon
Preparation
    Combine garlic, onions, chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, herbs and chutney in a large bowl. Season then shape into 8 patties. Wrap each patty with bacon and place on a tray. Cover and chill for 30 mins.
    Oil a large frying pan and place over medium heat. Cook chicken patties until browned on both sides and cooked through. Serve.
